All Rights Reserved @ 2010 Victory Through the blood of Jesus                    The hour of Resurrection and Life: John 5:25, Isaiah 42:22, Mathew 10:8 Glory of Christ Tanzania Church Introduction The Lord Jesus came into the world to save us from the hands of Satan. The human being is naturally a sinner, and the Bible says, “For the wages of sin is death.” (Romans 6:23). Therefore, we deserved to be cast into the everlasting fire since that is the legitimate wage for our sins. However, because of His abundant love for us, our Lord, Jesus Christ accepted to be counted a sinner (although He did not commit a single sin) so as to receive the wage of sin on behalf of myself, the true sinner. Through great suffering, the Lord Jesus shaded His blood from six (6) main areas of His body. The areas included his face while praying at Gethsemane, on the head when a crown of thorns was put on Him, on His back when He was flogged, on His hands when He was nailed, on His feet when He was nailed and on His side when he was speared. The blood of Jesus is a perfect victory to anyone who believes on Him as Lord and Savior of his or her life. Jesus says in Revelation 3:20, “Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me.” Because we have received Jesus as the Lord and Savior of my life, He lives in us now. And since the Bible says in Galatians 2:20 that, “I have been crucified with Christ and no longer live, but Christ lives in me.” Therefore, when the Lord Jesus was being crucified, You and me were with Him; and because Christ lives in us, you can confess that my head is the head of Christ,  my hands are the hands of Christ,  my side is the side of Christ,  my back is the back of Christ and my feet are the feet of Christ. Therefore, according to Galatians 2:20, when they put the crown of thorns on Christ’s head, you can as well confess that the crown  was put on me too; when His hands and legs were nailed, I was nailed too; when He was flogged, I too was flogged; when he was speared on His side, they speared me too. You can continue to confess that I have the marks of Christ on my body. His scars that were caused by His suffering are my scars; because it is not I who lives, but Christ lives in me! When God the Father looks at me, since I am in Christ and Christ is in me, he sees Jesus Christ in His completeness! You can now use the blood of Jesus from every area of His body to wage war against Satan and all demons, and inflict great blows over the dark world and over all powers of Satan, and emerge victorious. This is because it is written in Revelation 12:11, “They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb.” Use this message as you read through confessing the power of the blood of Jesus Christ in every area of your life and you will see the victory in Jesus name. The rest of text are written in a confession style as you will notice the use of “I” that stands for yourself. Confess it child of GOD and receive your victory today !!!!!! Pastor Josephat Gwajima Confession Father God, you so loved me that you gave your Son, Jesus Christ to die for me. Lord Jesus, thank you for shedding your valuable blood for me. That was your life, for you have said in Leviticus 17:11 that, “For the life of a creature is in the blood.” Thank you because in Luke 10:19 you have given me authority to tread upon snakes and scorpions and all the powers of Satan, the enemy.  My victory comes from your blood, Lord Jesus. You have said in Revelations 12:11, “They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb.” Now, listen Satan and your entire kingdom. In the name of Jesus, I wage war against you by the powerful blood of my Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth! Song There is power Power Wonder working power In the blood Of the Lamb. There is power Power Wonder working power In the precious blood Of the Lamb. 1.  IT IS WRITTEN in Luke 22:42 and 44 that, when the Lord Jesus was at Gethsemane He said, “Father, if you are willing, take this cup from me; yet not my will, but yours be done. …… And being in anguish, he prayed more earnestly, and his sweat was like drops of blood falling to the ground.” The Lord Jesus had His will and God the Father had His will too. Due to the enormous suffering that was ahead of him, our Lord, Jesus Christ prayed to God, the Father that, if it was possible, that cup of suffering be taken away from Him. However, the will of God, the Father remained that the sufferings should stay for the sake of our salvation. Therefore, the Lord Jesus, with great humility prayed the prayer of breaking His will to give room for the will of His Father. He prayed until His sweat became like drops of blood. I use the blood of Gethsemane to break my own will so as to allow the will of God. I break my will and erect the will and purpose of God in my life. By the blood of Gethsemane, I destroy every opposition from the kingdom of darkness that covers and destroys the purpose of God in my life in the name of Jesus Christ who fulfilled the purpose of God in His life. Amen! By the blood of Gethsemane I destroy every demon that opposes me and cause me not to give chance to the purpose of God in my life. I destroy every power of darkness that has been sent to me from the kingdom of darkness to blind me and fill me with egotism. By the blood of Gethsemane, I free my heart in order to receive and obey the plan of God in my life. By that blood, I refuse to listen to lying spirits. I oppose and destroy them in the name of Jesus. Amen! 2.  IT IS WRITTEN in John 19:1, “Then Pilate took Jesus and had him flogged.” Lord Jesus, you were flogged forty but one whip on your back. Your blood flowed due to that flogging. You accepted that for me, oh, Lord. The blood shed from the back of my Lord Jesus Christ is the blood that destroys all sicknesses and infirmities. This blood destroys both the diseases that can be cured and diseases that have no cure. It destroys both heritable and un-heritable diseases. This is the blood that brings perfect healing. The message of this blood has nothing to do with the report from any doctor. Even if a specialist says, “This disease has no cure” or “This disease has advanced so much, therefore you will die from it,” this blood that speaks of better promises speaks just one thing, “By his stripes you are healed.” Listen to me Satan and all demons. It is written in Isaiah 53:5, “But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his wounds we are healed.” I apply the blood that was shed from the back of my Lord, Jesus Christ to overcome all sicknesses, infirmities and pains. I also overcome all spirits from the kingdom of darkness that cause sicknesses. I announce to you Satan and your evil spirits that I have life and I am healed in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Amen! I sprinkle the blood from the back of my Lord, Jesus Christ upon my body, my soul and my heart. I destroy all germs that cause sicknesses; I destroy every kind of tumor; I destroy infections of every kind – be they in the flesh, in the sinews/muscles, in the blood, in the brain and in any other part of my body. I cover my body, from head to toe, by that blood. I command the fire to burn inside of me and destroy every sickness and weakness in Jesus name. I also command the fire to destroy any evil spirit that could be inside of me – the spirits of sickness and spirits of weakness. For by the stripes of my beloved Lord, Jesus Christ, I am healed! I shall not die but I shall live and declare the mighty works of my God. [Name all diseases and weaknesses that you or your relatives or friends have, then continue to destroy them by the blood of Jesus.] 3. IT IS WRITTEN in John 20:27 about the Lord, Jesus that, “Then he said to Thomas, put your finger here; see my hands.” The hands of the Lord, Jesus Christ had nail mark (holes) in them. The holes were caused by His crucifixion as he was nailed on the cross. Nails pierced on his hands and caused the innocent blood of the Lord, Jesus Christ to be shed out of His hands. Listen to me Satan and your demons. Because my Lord, Jesus Christ shed His blood through His hands, by that blood I have been given power to heal all sicknesses and bring health. For it is written in Mark 16:17, “And these signs will accompany those who believe, …..they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.” I put my hands upon myself, upon my house, upon my job, upon my neighbors. I bring back all health that you Satan stole. I bring back abundant life in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Amen! 4. THE LORD JESUS shed His blood after His feet were pierced by nails. That is the blood of victory over all powers of the kingdom of darkness. It is the blood that breaks all powers of Satan and every kind of powers of evil spirits in the spiritual realm – beginning with the powers of the demonic principalities down to the powers of evil spiritual hosts. Thus, it is written in Luke 10:19, “I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the powers of the enemy; nothing will harm you.” Satan, you serpent of old, I trample you down by the blood from the feet of my Lord, Jesus Christ. You scorpions, evil spirits, I trample and overcome you by the blood from the feet of my Lord, Jesus Christ! It is written in Psalms 91:13, “You will tread upon the lion and the cobra; you will trample the great lion and the serpent.” I tread upon you and destroy the power of every sickness; the power of every curse; the power of poverty; the power of fear and distress; the power of witchcraft; the power of barrenness; the power of death and all other powers from the kingdom of darkness. And no single power is going to hurt me! I pronounce all these in the name of my Lord, Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Amen! It is written in Psalms 60:12, “With God we shall gain the victory and He shall trample down our enemies.” I tread upon all evil wishes that have been sent by sorcerer against me. I destroy all those wishes by the blood from the feet of Christ in Jesus name! I tread upon all wishes that have been uttered in order for me to fall sick, to be heart-broken, to live in poverty, to be barren, to become a failure in life, that I may not marry, to be hated by people, to have bad lack or to die before the time appointed  by the Lord. I destroy all those evil wishes by the blood from the feet of the Lord, Jesus in the name of Jesus Christ, the King. Amen! 5. IT IS WRITTEN in Mathew 27:29 about the soldiers who tortured the Lord, Jesus Christ that, “and then twisted together a crown of thorns and set it on his head.” Lord Jesus, you shed your valuable blood through your head due to the thorns that pierced you. Thorns are a sign of curse as it is written in Genesis 3:17 and 18, “Cursed is the ground because of you ……. It will produce thorns and thistles for you.” The blood of the Lord Jesus Christ that came from His head due to the crown of thorns is the blood that breaks all kinds of curses – be they curses from our ancestors, the curse of the land, curses brought by myself or curses from my parents. Listen to me Satan and all demons. By the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ that flowed from His head, I break and overcome all curses – the curse of poverty, the curse of the land, the curse of sicknesses, the curse of being rejected and all other kinds of curses. I use the blood from the head of the Lord, Jesus Christ to erase all curses in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Amen! In the name of Jesus Christ, I spiritually transfer myself and be part of the clan of Abraham and Isaac and Jacob – the clan of Jesus Christ, the blessed clan. I too am heir, together with Jesus Christ, of the blessings of Abraham in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Amen! I cover myself by the blood from the head of my Lord, Jesus Christ and I destroy every curse that is on its way towards me. I destroy it completely by the blood of the Lord Jesus. Amen! 6. IT IS WRITTEN in John 19:33-34, “But when they came to Jesus and found that he was already dead, they did not break his legs. Instead, one of the soldiers pierced Jesus’ side with a spear, bringing a sudden flow of blood and water.” You, Satan and your demons, listen to this word! The blood from the side of the Lord Jesus Christ is the blood that purchased me. This is the blood of victory against the power of death! Where is your pain oh death? where is your victory oh death? (1cor 15:55-56). By the blood of the Lamb of God that was shed through His side, I bind and break the spirit of death –death upon myself, death upon my job, death upon my family, death upon my business, death upon my ministry. You spirit of death; I overcome you and cast you into the dark world by the victorious blood of the King of Life, my Lord, Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Amen! It is written in Psalms 118:17,”I will not die but live, and will proclaim what the LORD has done.” By the blood from the side of the Lord Jesus, I destroy every chance of death that you have planned against me – death that you have planned to get me through sickness, through an accident, through sin, through insanity, through witchcraft or through whatever satanic means. I completely destroy that death by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Amen!   Thanks giving Thank the Lord Jesus for answering your prayers. Thank Him for giving His life through  shedding of His blood even though He did nothing wrong to deserve that death – yet He died for you. Thank Him for the complete victory He has given onto you over all the powers of darkness. Thank Him for His faithfulness to all the promises He has given though His word, in the Bible. Thank Him because He is with you every time and every where. Thank Him because you are blessed by all spiritual and physical blessings in Him, Jesus Christ.                           Hallelujah Hallelujah, You have your victory in the blood of Jesus Christ Our Lord and Savior.
